Carrier gas heating for liquid vaporization and solid sublimation
Carrier gas introduced into a liquid vaporizer at a high flow rate of 5 SLM or more lowers the vaporization chamber temperature and reduces vaporization efficiency. The temperature control of the carrier gas is an essential factor for the stability of vaporization and sublimation, and the high-temperature heat exchanger (HX-0051H), capable of heating up to 300°C, is ideal for carrier gas heating.
