Clean heating gas for drying
The HX-0300C is capable of heating at high flow rates up to 300 SLM. Drying with a large flow of heated gas leads to improved throughput. The heater is not exposed to the contact gas, making it ideal for use in semiconductor and FPD manufacturing processes, which require a clean environment.
