This equipment controls the temperature of vaporizers (VU Series), heat exchangers (HX Series), supply tanks, piping heaters, and other devices using electronic temperature controllers and SSRs.
If an abnormal temperature rise is detected, the power supply to the various heating devices is shut off to prevent the temperature from rising.

TCU is connected to our heating equipment such as vaporizers (VU Series) and heat exchangers (HX Sreies) with a dedicated cable, and the temperature is controlled by the electronic temperature controller of TCU. The power supply for the heating equipment is also supplied from the TCU.
